Refund policy

We want you to be able to buy from us without worrying about what happens if something goes wrong. This policy explains exactly what we will and will not do.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a product arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken safety seal, past its expiry date, or is simply not what you ordered, we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. We cover the shipping in both directions. You will not be asked to pay for our mistake.

If you change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you have changed your mind about, provided it is unopened, unused, and still has its safety seal intact, in its original packaging.

We refund the purchase price. You pay the return shipping and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked service.

We cannot accept opened supplements back. This is not a technicality — once a seal is broken on a consumable product we have no way to verify what has happened to it, and we will not resell it or send it to anyone else. If that rules out a return for you, please buy one bottle before you buy three.

How to start a return

Email da.lino@yahoo.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and give you the address. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

When you get your money

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it at no cost. Once it has shipped, the terms above apply.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any right you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

Before you buy

These are dietary supplements, not medicines. If you take nitrates, blood pressure medication, blood thinners or medication for erectile dysfunction, have a heart condition, or are scheduled for surgery, speak to your physician before starting any product we sell. Not for use by anyone under 18.
