Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed on mensvitalityandcirculation.store, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — INSERT BEFORE TAKING ORDERS] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Nothing we sell is intended for children.
2. What we sell, and what it is not
We sell dietary supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim or as medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
If you have a medical concern — including erectile dysfunction, fatigue, blood pressure or heart symptoms — see a physician. Do not use a supplement in place of care you need.
3. Safe use, and your responsibility
Read the label before you take anything, and do not exceed the stated serving. Speak to your physician before starting any product we sell if you:
- take nitrates (including nitroglycerin), blood pressure medication, or blood thinners;
- take medication for erectile dysfunction;
- have a heart condition, or have had a cardiac event;
- have any diagnosed medical condition or take prescription medication of any kind;
- are scheduled for surgery.
Do not use these products if you are pregnant or nursing. Stop use immediately and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction. You are responsible for checking the ingredient panel against your own allergies and sensitivities.
4. Private label and resale
Some products are made for us under our own label by third-party manufacturers in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities in the United States. Others are third-party branded products that we resell. In both cases we do not manufacture the goods ourselves. We stand behind what we sell and will make it right if something is wrong, but the formulation, testing and labelling are the manufacturer’s.
5. Products, descriptions and pricing
We aim for accuracy in every description, ingredient list and image, but we do not warrant that they are free of error. Where a manufacturer changes a formulation or label, the label on the bottle you receive governs. Prices are in US dollars and may change. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing or description error — and where we do, you are refunded in full.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery windows in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: if a product arrives faulty, damaged, wrong, or past its expiry date we cover everything; if you change your mind you have 30 days and the item must be unopened with its safety seal intact. We do not accept opened supplements back.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Product photography supplied by manufacturers remains theirs.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated and as required by law, the products are supplied without further warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of a product, your failure to follow the label, or your failure to disclose a relevant medical condition or medication to your physician.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — INSERT BEFORE TAKING ORDERS], and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
