What the research supports
L-citrulline is converted by the body into L-arginine, which is the raw material for nitric oxide — the molecule that helps blood vessels relax and widen. Citrulline has been studied in randomised, placebo-controlled human trials, mostly around exercise performance and blood-flow markers. Nitrosigine is a patented arginine form with its own published trials, again largely on blood flow and performance.
The effects in those trials are real and modest, and they show up over weeks of consistent daily use rather than after a single dose. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
What we are not saying
We are not saying this treats erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, or a heart condition. Those are medical problems and they belong with your doctor. If circulation is a health concern for you rather than a performance one, see a physician first — and take the ingredient panel with you.

Before you take it
This matters more here than on anything else we sell. Do not start without speaking to your physician if you take nitrates (including nitroglycerin), blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or medication for erectile dysfunction — those work on the same system and the combination can drop your blood pressure sharply. The same goes if you have a heart condition, have had a cardiac event, or are scheduled for surgery. Not for use by anyone under 18, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
