Being straight with you about the evidence
Shilajit is the most talked-about ingredient in men’s supplements right now. It is also one of the least well studied in humans. There are small trials and a long history of traditional use; there is not the depth of randomised, placebo-controlled evidence behind it that there is behind creatine or citrulline. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
Ashwagandha has more human data than shilajit does, mostly around stress and sleep. Sea moss and black seed oil are largely traditional-use ingredients.
If you want the best-evidenced thing on this site, it is creatine. If you want to try shilajit because you have heard about it and want to judge for yourself, this is a reasonable way in — go in with your eyes open.
A note on “3-in-1”
A multi-ingredient gummy means less of each ingredient than a single-ingredient product would give you. Read the panel before assuming it replaces a standalone ashwagandha or a standalone shilajit.
